Eric Altree is a recognized leader in residential real estate brokerage in San Francisco and Marin County. As an attorney and member of the California State Bar since 1995, he has been a vigorous advocate for his brokerage clients for the past 26 years. His breadth of skills and experience set him apart. He consistently delivers the highest level of client satisfaction and service, which his clientele confirms through their referrals of family, friends, and colleagues. Eric understands that his clients need effective advocacy in the pursuit, negotiating, and closing of real estate transactions. In addition to years of experience in residential brokerage, Eric has been an active real estate investor. His experience in residential rehab provides his clients an added dimension of service. An invaluable resource in analyzing investment opportunities, his experience enables him to see values that others overlook and to work with architects and builders to monetize them. This perspective can be useful to clients as they decide whether to purchase, improve, or sell one of their most important assets.

Eric lives in Mill Valley with his wife and two children. He enjoys outdoor sports, especially running and biking on Mt. Tam, tennis, and skiing.
